Sam is embarking on a new chapter in his professional journey as the VP of Residential Mortgages of Fairview Mortgages! With a passion for real estate, and building strong relationships, Sam is honored to join Fairview Mortgage, our dynamic company within Fairview Consulting. Together, we are poised to make a significant impact in the real estate industry and to provide exceptional services in the mortgage sector with a great team of Mortgage Agents. 

Sam’s goals are to help clients find the best mortgage solution based on their specific needs, to build a great team of mortgage agents in NB and to collaborate with other real estate professionals to serve the public at the highest level. During his tenure as the former Team Leader of Keller Williams Capital Realty in New Brunswick, Sam had the privilege of playing a pivotal role in propelling the company to new heights. Over two transformative years, strategic initiatives led to the expansion of the team from 175 real estate agents to nearly 300.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Sam treasures spending quality time with his family and friends. Whether it’s sharing laughs over a beer, exploring the Maritimes, or simply enjoying each other’s company, these relationships are the cornerstone of his happiness and fulfillment.
