His public sector experience includes roles at Fisheries and Oceans Canada and the City of Dieppe, where he honed skills in regulatory compliance, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making.

As a former university athlete, Simon developed leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, along with a competitive spirit and resilience. A proud father of two, he values responsibility and balance, actively participating in hockey and golf.
